Why book with us?

We offer a personalized service that aims to deliver our guests a unique Hong Kong experience and we are only a phone call away to offer advice on places to eat, shop and sight-see.  On booking we will email our clients a personalised Hong Kong guide detailing our recommended tourist spots to see and local eats to try.  Please read our testimonals page to see what our other clients have said about us.

 

How do I book an apartment?

Choose from our extensive list of holiday apartments, and use the booking form on the right hand side of the property make a reservation.

 

How does the payment process works.

On booking confirmation we will issue an electronic Paypal invoice.  Payment can be made securely online using a Paypal account or your credit card.  While we also accept bank transfer and cheque, we recommend Paypal as it has the lowest transaction costs for our clients.

 

How do I check in?

On payment confirmation, apartment details and instructions on how to get there are sent via email.  We request that our clients email, call or text us when they land at the Airport so we can arrange for someone to meet you at the apartment for a personalized check in.

 

Laundry / Dry cleaning service

Some apartments have a washing machine.  However we understand on holiday you would like to spend as much time sight-seeing as possible so we offer a laundry and dry cleaning service on request at $20 USD.
